Wow!!! Started week five of Les Mills Beachbody Pump this week and I almost lost all my limbs in doing all those reps!!! 800 in total! I am surprised because I have done Les Mills Pump at the gym before. STS HIIT 30/30
I love it when everything workouts out! This morning's HIIT 30/30 workout was completed around 10am after a nice breakfast around 7am which made this workout very effective! This is definitely THE workout from Cathe's STS cardio series! And what I love most about this workout is the background music. Simple and motivating!
